STANDARDS OF MANAGERIAL INTERNAL CONTROL

The manager of the public entity defines the organizational structure, powers, responsibilities, tasks, reporting lines for each structural component and informs the employees on the documents of formalizing the organizational structure. The limits of the powers and delegated responsibilities are set out in writing by the public entity.
